The other day, I was at my friend’s house and we had some Björk goodness as background noise when one of the songs from the Dancer in the dark soundtrack (Cvalda) came on, which started us talking (for maybe the 100th time) about the movie and how wonderful it is.

Six feet under is and will probably always be one of my favorite TV shows of all time. Throughout its five seasons we met some of the most charismatic characters of television and we stayed beside them while they struggled through life and shared with us precious moments that were happy, sad, beautiful, disgusting, aggresive, sweet… but all of them were as real as life itself.

In love with… Skins Season One Finale

As a hardcore defensor of the first generation of Skins over the second one1, I find that season one and season two contain some of the best scenes/moments of the show, and some even of television in general. You couldn’t make me pick my favorite scene, or even my top three, but I decided to treat you guys with one of the most special ones, the season one finale. Because it’s random, scary, moving, surreal, sad and beautiful, all set to the beautiful song ‘Wild world’, originally by Cat Stevens and here sung by part of the Skins cast, mainly Mike Bailey (Sid).
